Frequently asked questions
Everything you need to know before you start.
Does SendFit do workouts too?
Yes. Write or paste the program on the same plan as the meals, and your client sees today's workout next to today's meals on one link. They log every set with last time's numbers beside it, even with no signal, and you see what they logged. Only do nutrition? Turn Workouts off in your profile.
Do I need to be a nutritionist to use SendFit?
No. SendFit is a delivery and organization tool. You bring the expertise: your programs, your food choices, your recipes, your macro targets. The app builds and delivers that work to your clients.
Can I keep Trainerize or TrueCoach for training?
Yes. Turn Workouts off and use SendFit for the meal plans: your clients open the meal plan link next to their training app. SendFit doesn't do chat, payments or habit tracking, so if you rely on those, keep your app.
Can I paste my program from Google Sheets?
Yes. Copy the table with its header row (Exercise, Sets, Reps, Load and similar), with weeks side by side if you write them that way, or type lines like 3x10 goblet squat. You see where every day lands before anything changes, and your numbers are never changed. A line SendFit can't read stays as you wrote it, flagged for you.
Does my client need an app or an account?
No. They get one private link that opens in any phone browser and can be added to the home screen like an app. The week is saved on the phone, so it opens and logs sets with no signal too.
Will my clients know I'm using SendFit?
Every plan and link they receive carries your logo, your name and your colors. At the bottom there's a small “Coach too?” line, which you can turn off in Edit profile.
How does the macro calculation actually work?
Every food in the database has values per 100g or per 1oz. When you add it to a meal, pick a unit — grams, oz, or a custom portion you've saved — and type a quantity. Kcal and macros update in real time as you type, no extra step.
What if I already run the same program across several clients?
Build the plan once, then clone it to a new client, or assign it to several clients at once, each with their own copy and start date. You only adjust what's actually different for them.
How much does SendFit cost?
$24.99 a month, or $249 a year (two months free), with workouts and nutrition both included. Every account starts with a 7-day free trial, no credit card needed. One flat price: no per-client fees and no add-ons, however many clients you have.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every new account gets 7 days free, no credit card needed. When the trial ends, choose a plan to keep going, and your clients, plans and recipes stay exactly as you left them.
Can I cancel or switch plans?
Yes, anytime, from the Billing page in your account. If you cancel, you keep full access until the end of the period you've already paid for and you won't be charged again.
Will I get an invoice?
Yes. Every payment comes with an invoice you can download from the Billing page. Payments are processed securely by Stripe.
What if I already have my own recipe database?
Bring it with you. Every account starts with 1,000 ready-made recipes, and you can add your own with the macros you trust, edit the starter recipes or delete the ones you don't use.
Does SendFit work for contest prep?
Yes, with Prep Mode, which you turn on for each athlete with a show date. Their link gets a countdown to the show, High, Low and Refeed days with their own calories and macros, pre-workout, post-workout and before-bed meals around the training time, daily steps and treadmill cardio, and a 20-second daily check-in (morning weight, steps, cardio, sleep, hunger) that you see with a 7-day average. Clients without Prep Mode keep the same simple plan. See the athlete's side at sendfit.app/demo/prep.
